Monte Cammarata
Guided excursion to Monte Cammarata

Monte Cammarata (1578 m) is a mountain in the province of Agrigento, in Sicily. The second highest relief of the Sicani Mountains. From the summit, on clear days, to the east it is possible to admire the top of Etna, to the north the mountain range of the Madonie and a glimpse of the Tyrrhenian Sea, to the west the Monti di Palermo.

Our excursions allow you to discover the immense wealth of nature in total safety and with the right cognitive support. A professional guide, an expert in mountain accompaniment, will be able to reveal the secrets of the landscape and the territory through the stories and rarities that characterize these places. Biodiversity, pristine environments, suggestive views, native flora and fauna are the elements that make the Sicani Mountains the ideal place to immerse yourself in nature.

The excursion is suitable for both beginners and experts.

The suggested routes show different degrees of difficulty, however each outing will be able to dose the moments of effort and those of rest, dedicated to naturalistic observations and the stories of the guide.

At the end of the excursion, the participants will have the opportunity to stop in equipped areas, farmhouses or directly in our structure, where they can taste the typical products of the local cuisine.
